In memory of Momo… who left our planet too early. She touched so many lives and she shared so much love, joy, laughter, fun, and light with all of us. We shall always keep Momo in our hearts.

Thank you, Momo.

This poem was found in her belongings.

Abschied

Tränen die fließen, Zähne die klappern
ein Gesicht schmerzverzerrt
und
ein Herz, gemartert vom Irrtum
allein zu sein.

Der Wunsch nie verlassen zu werden,
floß in meinen Adern
wie ein unterirdischer Fluß.

Eine Melodie, so sanft wie ein Regentropfen
berührte mein Innerstes
und entlarvte den Trugschluß

Eine Stimme, so tröstend wie
streichelnde Hände
sagte mir:
Du bist all-eins!

Lächelnd nehme ich Abschied ….

Farewell

Tears that flow, teeth that chatter
a face distorted in pain
and
a heart tortured by error
to be alone.

The desire to never be abandoned
flowed in my veins
like an underground river.

A melody as gentle as a raindrop
touched my innermost being
and exposed the fallacy

A voice as comforting as
caressing hands
told me:
You are all-one!

I say goodbye with a smile...

Discover Your Inner Child

  • A Wonderful Journey to the Child You Once Were

    • Understand yourself on a deeper level

    • Choose who you want to be and what you want to experience in this life

    • Nourish empathy, compassion, and self-love for yourself and for others

  • Heal your Inner Child

    • Become aware of unhealthy and destructive patterns and break their power over you

    • Understand and connect with people on a much deeper level

    • Gain the courage to be the one you truly are

    • Live in the present moment, in the here and now

  • Bob Marley sang:

“Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our minds.”

‘‘Healing of the Inner Child’’ Workshop

  • This workshop will shake your whole belief-system and bring you in the deepest wounds of your inner child. You will go back into your childhood and feel your inner child’s emotional pain, in order to pick yourself up exactly where you once had to deny yourself. Where you felt hurt, ashamed or even abused.

You have to go through your own darkness to become light again. There is no other way. You will be confused, overwhelmed, angry, sad, all kinds of feelings will come up… but you will also always be loved and respected by me and my assistants during your whole process of awakening.

  • You need to trust in your own process and to be patient with yourself. You need to be willing to open up in front of the group by sharing and showing your feelings and true thoughts. You have to reintegrate the parts of yourself which you once had to hide and suppress. I will challenge and confront you with your Ego, and support your inner child and true being.

  • Because the group members trigger each other and that’s exactly what I need to work with in order to make you see your blind spots. The group represents society. What you will learn within (thanks to the group) is about real life. That’s where transformation happens: In the moment.

  • The inner child contains our feelings, thoughts, experiences, and our attitude towards life. What we lived in our childhood, and what we still live unconsciously as adults; and therefore affects and influences our present life.

The inner child is a part of us,- it is us at one point in our past (our childhood). Which means even though we grow up physically, a part of us still remains that child,- but unconsciously!

In our childhood, we developed strategies to protect us from emotional and physical pain. These strategies helped us survive in the past. Fear, anger, and jealousy are just a few of the simple ways our inner child can sabotage us without meaning to, in the present. Addiction and other dangerous behaviors (such as violence) are some of the more serious issues that we face when our inner child is the one making the decisions,- instead of the adult in us. Therefore, in our adulthood, we relive our past trauma through these unconscious strategies, which for me is the ego.

We relive them over and over again, until we awaken and are willing to look deep inside of ourselves and heal our wounds.

On the other hand, the inner child also has the ability to be amazed, to feel happy, to live spontaneously, to play, to be creative, and to live lovingly from the heart and feel fulfilled in being.

Do you still remember how light everything feels just by looking at life with the wonder of a child?

Everything is possible at that point.

“Human problems are by their own nature such that we are inherently in charge of ourselves. No authority can resolve our problems or tell us how to live.”

— Roy Eugene Gendlin
